Lobsang Dhondup Executed - Urgent Appeal China has attempted to defend its actions in this case. Mr Lu Wenxiang, from the Chinese Embassy in London stated on 29 January that Tenzin Deleg Rinpoche and Lobsang Dhondup were"violent terrorist criminals". This was in response to the UK government's dismay, expressed in a statement on 28 January by Foreign Minister Bill Rammell MP. Urgent Campaign - 5 March 2003
On Monday 10 March 2003, Free Tibet Campaign is asking all its Urgent Campaign members to bombard the Chinese Embassy in London with emails, telephone calls or faxes, as part of an international campaign for Tibetan religious leader, Tenzin Deleg Rinpoche. Please join the campaign, and take the opportunity to express your outrage at the suspended death sentence against Tenzin Deleg Rinpoche and the execution of Lobsang Dhondup.
